Dominick Bratti has represented employers in all areas of labor and employment law for over thirty years. 

Dominick provides practical cost effective advice to clients on a broad range of issues. 

He is an experienced litigator and has litigated matters before federal and state courts as well as before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights, the Office of Administrative Law and state agencies throughout the country. 

He has handled all types of employment matters, including claims of discrimination, sexual harassment, breach of contract and whistleblower litigation and successfully argued before the NJ Supreme Court and various other appellate level courts.

He also advises and represents clients in all areas of traditional labor law, including collective bargaining, arbitrations, union organizing and in matters before the National Labor Relations Board and the New Jersey Public Employee Commission.

Dominick has also written and lectured extensively in the area of labor and employment law and is a contributing author to Alito, N.J. Employment Law (1992); Alito, N.J. Employment Law (1999-2018) and 18 Goldstein and Goodman, New Jersey Practice Employment Law (West 1998).

Ms. Greenan represents both private and public sector employers on employment law and labor relations matters.  In particular, Ms. Greenan handles matters involving discrimination, whistleblower, hostile work environment, and employment contract claims from inception through trial and appeal.  She regularly represents employers in employment-related litigations and arbitrations in State and Federal Courts and handles matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights (DCR), the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development (DOL), the New Jersey State Board of Mediation and American Arbitration Association.  

Ms. Greenan provides training and day-to-day advice on hiring and firing, wage and hour compliance, disciplining and evaluating employees, compliance with the Federal Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA), compliance with state and federal anti-discrimination laws and on sexual and other types of harassment.  She drafts and reviews employee handbooks, personnel policies, contracts, severance agreements, settlement agreements and restrictive covenants. She also performs harassment and discrimination investigations.

Ms. Greenan also advises and represents clients in all areas of traditional labor law, including collective bargaining, arbitrations, union organizing and in matters before the Public Employment Relations Commission (PERC) and the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). Ms. Greenan advises and represents employers with regard to a wide variety of grievances including issues such as terminations, discipline, contract interpretation, wage and hour, and employee leave issues.
